About Lisa 

 

I am a highly trained fitness professional working in the health and wellness industry for the past 10 years. I have an ever growing fascination with the human body and love to study anatomy. My passion is to get people moving and to inspire them to lead a more active lifestyle. 

 

My most recent trainings have given me skills to help people beyond a fitness class by educating about self care and the importance of massage and maintaining the health of our tissues. 

 

Whether you come to a Yoga Tune Up® class and I teach you the art of self massage, or you let me do all the work and elect to come for a Thai Yoga Therapy session, the end result will always be relaxation, ease and a heightened sense of well-being. 

 

My goal is to help you feel better in your body and move more optimally, whatever your recreation may be.
